my 1st entry

Today was a typical October day, pleasant so I went for a short cycle ride.

The picture of the1st holiday I had after I retired. I'm the one on the right. Alan encouraged me to retire. His punishment was to put up with me as his deputy on 2x2week cycling tours in Spain near Granada.

Had a great evening out with Alison at the Appollo in Manchester. There were two support bands before Paolo and his band came on. He was on for over one and a half hours. Most of the songs he sang were from his latest CD "Sunny Side Up"
